Last night, we had a chance to dance for a band of pirates at Gurney Drive. They were some nasty looking pirates with scars on the face, long twisted hair, sword and cigars. Boy, they looked scary.. But lucky for us, they were well-disciplined and treated us like ladies. .

Among them were Captain Jack Sparrow! I felt privileged to be able to meet him in person. One disappointment though, he looked taller in the movies leh.. hahaha.. Too bad, he was too busy handling the pirates after the dance, we were not able to take a photo with him. But he did took a photo with us before the dance with his camera. I hope that we can get a copy of that. But..chances are.. pretty slim.. You never know where he will be in the vast ocean sea with his Black Pearl. It's not advisable to let him stick around too long in Penang, anyway.. if you know what I mean.. hehehe..

I enjoyed last night very much, not because of the pirates, of course!.. .. but because, I was performing with the troupe. It has been quite some time, we did not go out and perform together. After the performance, we went to a place near Naza Hotel, opps! Aiyah.. what's the name of the restaurant already!!

Anyway, we were there to celebrate Apple's birthday and had our dinner. We chatted about our past performances, back when we had our first public appearance.. hahaha.. and listed out the places that we had performed, the dances that we had danced and the funny mistakes we made on stage. We talked about how we have improved and grow together.. Sigh.. those are the memories that I will treasure and remember always. They are the things that I place very close to my heart.. hmmm.. It's kinda sad to know that we might not be doing this very often in the future.. . Anyway, girls, thank you for a memorable and fun dancing experience!
